Retention Services

At Future Fundraising we fully appreciate the effect that attrition has on income. A simple reduction in attrition in the first three months of a campaign produces a remarkable increase in charitable income. We have developed a package of retention services that is proving to have a significant impact on attrition:

  • recording of your paid, unpaid and cancellation files, within our customised software.
  • 1st payment acknowledgement via sms, phone or mail.
  • all cancelled donors are contacted by us, within a few days of the donor not making a payment.
  • full, monthly reconciliation of all paid/unpaid & cancellation files, with all unaccounted for donors flagged and reported, with outline of the problem & the resolution.
  • attrition data is reported out to you, revealing all-important trends and underlying root causes/solutions.
